6. Out of Stock

10. Damage during transport

Product damaged in transport.

In all our shipments the goods travel insured from our store. If at the time of receipt any deterioration and / or loss of the same is observed, it must be recorded in the delivery receipt of the agency. If the damage is observed later, you must communicate it within a maximum period of 24 hours accompanying, if possible, a photograph so that in turn we send it to the transport company. No returns of material are allowed without prior authorization by Controladores.net. Likewise, returns are not accepted postage due by unauthorized agencies.

11 Returns

Voluntary return of a product

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to execute your right of return. If the Client does not make any notification to Controllers.net within said period, it will be definitively assumed that the Products are in all respects in accordance with the contract and free from any defect that is evident in a reasonable examination, and consequently, Customer will be deemed to have accepted the Products. In the event that the Client proves, to the reasonable satisfaction of Controllers.net, that the Products are not in accordance with the contract or that they are defective, the Client’s claim regarding such discrepancy or defects will be limited to the extent that Controllers .net may elect to replace the Products or refund the purchase price.

The transportation costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer.

To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the return has been received and the status of the products checked, we will pay you the amount of the product within a maximum period of 30 days by Bank Transfer or card. In any case, only the amount of the returned product (s) will be paid, not the shipping costs, as it is a service already carried out outside of us.

12. Incomplete deliveries

13. Transfer of Risk and Ownership

14 Guarantee

The general law for the defense of consumers and users establishes a minimum period of two years of guarantee, regardless of the guarantee offered by the manufacturer in the product file. 15. Specific conditions for FMAS Automation brand products

Repair Conditions

Controllers.net provides a repair service in relation to the FMAS Automation Products and the corresponding charge when they are not under warranty, either due to the time that has elapsed since the purchase or for any other reason.

This service is subject to the availability of parts and the requirement that the product has not suffered excessive physical or electrical damage and is free from modifications other than those detailed in the literature supplied with the Product.

The prices for this service are outlined in the Table of Charges for Repair or programming and expansion of features, which will be provided at the Buyer’s request.

Products accepted for repair are subject to the following conditions:

    1. The cost of the repair must be paid to Controllers.net no later than the date of delivery of the Product, repaired, by Controllers.net.
    2. Any part of any replacement Product provided by Controllers.net under this service is supplied subject to the conditions of sale contained on the Controllers.net website in force on the date the repaired or replaced Product is shipped by Controllers.net except that any warranty claim made with respect to such Product must be made within 36 months from the date of the invoice in relation to the repair or in those other periods that FMAS AUTOMATIZACIÓN indicates at the time for the specified Products.

Programming conditions and feature expansion.

Controllers.net provides a programming and feature expansion service, in relation to FMAS Automation products and with the corresponding charge.

Such Products will be subject to the following conditions:

    1. The Product shall be free from obvious physical or electrical damage and free from modifications other than those detailed in the literature supplied with the Product.
    2. The cost of programming or expansion of features must be paid to Controllers.net no later than the date of delivery of the Product by Controllers.net.
    3. The objective term of replacement regarding the Products accepted by Controllers.net for its programming or expansion of characteristics is 15 working days from its reception by the Service Center and until its shipment, but Controllers.net will not incur any responsibility if you do not meet that goal.

16. Export Business

These conditions do not apply to export transactions, for which there are separate conditions of sale.
